This course will guide you through all aspects of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) system, providing you with a clear understanding of the requirements of the following guidelines:

  • Guideline B: People Handling Dangerous Goods
  • Guideline C: Offering for Transport of Dangerous Goods
  • Guideline D: Transportation of Dangerous Goods

This comprehensive course will explain in detail what you need to know, emphasize key points, and test your knowledge retention after each module. The course has been designed to meet and exceed the Transport Canada Clear Language Regulations that set the training guidelines for TDG; so by successfully completing this course you can become compliant with Federal Regulations. This course also includes the July 2014 amendment updates. TDG training is required by law for anyone handling, offering for transport, or transporting dangerous goods.  You should check with your employer to see whether or not you need TDG training. Proof of completion is provided upon successful completion.

While all efforts have been made to ensure that the training meets regulatory requirements, site-specific hands-on training is required to cover job site-specific training requirements. Trainees need a sound knowledge of topics outlined on the Transport Canada site, and must seek renewal of their training certificates according to the Transport Canada schedule.
